Do I need Insurance?Yes At least a $1,000,000 (one million) liability insurance policy for property damage and $5,000 medical coverage is required If you are serving alcohol, a $1,000,000 host liquor liability rider is also required The typical cost of this insurance is approximately $200 - $250

What are the payment conditions?A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 of the total is required at the time of booking to secure your date The next 1/3 is required 6 months prior to the event and the remaining 1/3 must be paid 30 days from the date of the event Please note that you are required to get event liability and cancellation insurance to protect yourself (see "Do I need Insurance" OR use the search bar above)

Do you hold events on special dates (i.e. Valentine's, Christmas, etc.)?"Yes! However please note that a pricing adjustment will be reflected as we consider these special calendar dates

Are you a working nursery?We are a Florida agritourism business & a day-to-day working nursery. As such, when you arrive to the propery you will notice posted signs displaying the following: WARNING: The event location is located on a working nursery and the event falls under the Florida’s Agritourism Laws, Florida Equine Laws, or any other applicable Florida Farm Laws. The barn may be leased for events under Florida's Agritourism for Weddings and Barn Style Events. WARNING: Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. How many people can you accomodate?The barn can fit roughly 180+ guests comfortably. However, if requested we could could get up to 200; but it would be a little tight We highly encourage discussing your visions for the event with us so that we can advise and plan accordingly

Can I stop by to tour the property?Absolutely! Please schedule a tour with us by clicking the "Book A Tour" Button at the top OR the "Contact" link

Is Parking available?Yes We have room for 50+ vehicles right at the front of the property

How many hours do I get for my event?Since we only host one event per day, this will obviously depend on when your planned event will start. The only restriction is that all events must conclude by 10:00 PM

Will there be coordinators on-site the day of?Yes We plan to have a team of people there to ensure the event goes smoothly

Is food and alcohol permitted?Definitely! Since we do not provide neither food or alcohol, we invite you to use your preferred caterers and/or bartenders (provided they have the appropriate insurance)

What happens if I need to cancel?We understand that life happens sometimes and things don't always pan out as expected. As such, we highly recommend wedding cancellation insurance in order to help out with this as a just-in-case. Please note that any monies paid up to the time of the cancellation are non-refundable (see "What are the payment conditions" OR use the search bar above)

Do you offer accomodations for guests?Currently we do not offer any. However we are located inbetween Titusville and Edgewater, both of which have several national chain hotels to choose from
